The space

One open room, 13.2 × 8.3 m. Eight windows down a single long wall.

Two clusters of four desks, a communal table seating eight, a storage run along the short wall, and two stubs of partition at the west end. The top right corner is cut back, so the 109 m² bounding box overstates the floor — the real figure is lower and has not been worked out.

PLAN is the shell; MÖBLERING is the furniture. Both are drawn below. Whether the room holds that furniture today is unconfirmed — it is a drawing, not an inventory.

The rest of the property is let. This page is about the office.

The plan

Variant 0, drawn to scale. The heavy line is structure; orange is furniture, on the model's own MÖBLERING layer.

Which one is current

The Rhino file is a sheet: three iterations of the same room stacked one above another. Nothing in it records which is live. Variant 0 is an assumption — it is the most finished, and it sits at the model origin.

Variant 0assumed current

Table drawn out with eight chairs, partitions resolved, storage run in place.

Variant 1earlier

Chairs set out in a ring with no table. Fewer partitions at the top left.

Variant 2loosest

The roughest pass, plus a stray fragment off to the left that inflates its width to 1871 cm.

Dimensions

Every value carries where it came from. measured means taped on site. rhino means read off the model — a decent starting number, not a measured one. Nothing here has been taped.

These are the most trustworthy numbers in the file — someone placed them deliberately. They are also drawn three times over, and which run was chosen is not recorded.

Why nothing is derived

The PLAN layer is 833 NURBS curves. Turning those into room polygons — and then into confident room dimensions — is deliberately not attempted.

At Mäster Mikaels gata that was the whole problem: a scale was calibrated off fixture symbols to a standard deviation of 1.3%, which proved only that the fixtures were accurate. The room outlines were drawn loosely, and every derived figure turned out to carry ±25 cm with no pattern in sign or magnitude. There was no shortcut; each room had to be taped.

So here the linework is drawn faithfully and the numbers are kept by hand. A confident-looking derived number is the thing most worth avoiding.
